FAQ

  • Does this course have lifetime access?

Yes. This Self-Study course has lifetime access. Refer to it and use the weekly workouts for your lifetime. Additional Content will be uploaded on a regular basis.

  • My dog has recovered from an injury. Is it OK for her to start your program?

As long as your Vet has cleared her to begin exercising, she can start this program as a BEGINNER. Dog's who are post-injury should always start back in a fitness program slow and easy.

  • Will this help my dog keep the bars up? He knocks bars a bunch

Improving your dog's power and balance will help his overall jumping performance. It's always a good idea to make sure he is 100% with a visit to your local vet or body work professional.

  • Can I get feedback on video even if this is a Self-Study Class?

Yes. Optional submission of video can be requested. The class comes with easy to follow videos on each exercise and breaks down how you achieve movement. If you want to submit a video from time to time, I review video with you via a Zoom Meeting that lasts for 30 minutes. I am here to help you if and when you need it!

  • Will this program be good for my little dog, because I feel like she runs out of energy?

Yes, this program is for dog's of all ages, sizes and abilities. It's just as important that your small dog be proprotionately as strong as a larger dog. Running courses are actually harder because a little dog has a very short stride. They have to have greater fitness to run the course yardage.

Testimonials

My dog is Faster

by Courtney S.

The fitness program that Laura designed for my dog has made a huge impact for us. Not only is my dog super strong, but she is faster and we are now winning classes and qualifying for Invitationals as #1 dog. Thank you so much!

Exceptional

by Scott P.

I am so happy that I invested in a strength program for my dog. I was skeptical at first, but the proof is in the results. My dog is in the best shape of his life and he has been injury free since starting Laura's program.

Tiny but Mighty

by Julie B.

I have a Yorkie who use to have a hard time making course time, and just seemed like it was hard for her. Laura came to my club and gave us a Fitness Seminar. I learned how to properly build strength, flexibility and core balance with my little. It took a few weeks, but I started noticing how much faster she ran. Even over the Aframe! She now makes course time but earns 12-17 points per run! The best thing is she isn't so winded, and runs more happily! Thank you Laura!
